Target: The Network Enterprise Officer is responsible for providing a secure environment.
Problem: The problem is that his customer service skills are lacking and there is a perception that he is holding the organization hostage through his technical expertise.
Outcome: Through coaching we explored his frustrations and limiting beliefs about his role in the organization and his need to feel respected. Through focusing on improved interpersonal behavior and leadership influence strategies he increases customer satisfaction and appreciation for the complexity of his operating environment. By focusing on his strategic leadership function within the team and his communication and influence skills external to the team he is better able to represent the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the organization and his role in addressing each.
